PCRC hosts a Summer School on Bargaining Theory and Applications, 15.-19.8.2011

The Public Choice Research Centre hosts a summer school 'Bargaining Theory and Applications' from 15th to 19th of August, 2011. In the summer school the participants are given an extensive introduction to the state-of-the-art of bargaining theory and to its applications by leading researchers of the field. The goal is to provide students with solid theoretical understanding on bargaining problems and with tools to apply bargaining theory in their own research. The summer school also offers students a possibility to receive feedback about their own work from senior experts. The academic program is supplemented by informal gatherings giving participants an opportunity to meet both senior and junior colleagues.

We are pleased to announce that due to funding from University of Turku the summer school is free of tuition fees. Housing, breakfasts and lunches are provided by the summer school. We express our gratitude to University of Turku and welcome graduate students and junior scholars to the beautiful maritime city of Turku!
